Get wild with as we will celebrate the classic, award-winning children's book, "Where the Wild Things Are," by Maurice Sendak. We'll make monster puppets and enjoy a monster snack.

Tink’s Day

It’s time to get our Tink on, as we celebrate all things Tinker Bell. Storyland’s own Tinker Bell will fly by to read a selection from her favorite fairytale. We’ll have a fun Tinker Bell craft activity involving fairy dust and we’ll finish up with cookies sprinkled with fairy dust.

Alice in Wonderland Tea Party

Crazy Sock Day

Put on your favorite crazy socks and join us as we celebrate expressing ourselves through our sock choices. One of the Storyland characters will stop by to read, “Odd Socks,” by Michelle Robinson and Rebecca Ashdown. We’ll have a fun sock craft and enjoy a tasty snack.

Monster Math Party

A monstrously good time awaits you as we use Storyland’s favorite math book, “Monster Math,” by Anne Miranda to count the monsters that keep showing up for a party. We’ll enjoy a monster craft, and snack on monster munch.

Family Yoga Day

Yoga is one of the best ways to build and maintain flexibility and stay calm and relaxed. Grab your mats and join us for a relaxing hour of beginner’s Yoga. A light, healthy treat will be provided.

Apple Fest

We celebrate apple harvest season by learning fun facts about apples, America’s favorite fruit. One of the Storyland characters will stop by to read the classic folk tale, “Johnny Appleseed,” which is based on an actual person. We’ll have a fun apple pie craft, and we’ll finish up with a slice of the real thing.

Spookyland

Join the sometimes spooky but friendly staff at Storyland for a night of old-fashioned Halloween fun. This event will feature a cake walk, craft activities, apple bobbing, pumpkin balancing races, trick or treating, fun photos and much more. Costumes are encouraged – no scary costumes as this will be a family friendly event.
