Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
- $50.00 deposit is required to hold venue on calendar
- Latex balloons are not allowed due to wildlife in the park – mylar is acceptable
- No decorations may be affixed to any surface with tape, glue, glue dots etc.
- Private food may be brought into the park, however no cooking/BBQ is allowed
- No refrigeration of food or drinks is available
- Party guests are asked to help clean up after their party is completed – garbage may be left in the venue for destruction by Storyland staff
- Entry into the venue for set-up is limited to 20 minutes prior to the start of the party
- Refunds are not allowed except when the park is required to close for weather.
- Re-scheduling is always an option at no extra cost if an alternative date is available
